Program Terms: $30k for 8% equity and an opportunity for a follow on convertible note for up to a $380k maximum potential investment

HealthTech Arkansas
Overview:
Virtual accelerator and early-stage investment fund that guarantees at least two pilot projects or clinical trials for each early-stage company admitted to the program. These pilots are conducted by the 12 provider organizations in our statewide coalition. They target three areas of healthcare innovation: digital health (software), medical devices and diagnostic platforms. Their program is for providers and by providers, so they seek technologies that can improve their providers’ operations by improving quality of care, enhancing efficiencies, reducing costs, etc.

Overview: Launch Lane is a Philadelphia-based program that helps tech and tech-enabled digital health startups transition from prototype to sales and customer acquisition. The accelerator utilizes an anonymous application to de-bias the selection process. This proven methodology has resulted in over half of their participants being women or minority-led and with 85% of participants still in business.
Typical Stage of Companies: For companies that have a product or prototype built but is looking for ways to grow, commercialize, and expand operations and revenue.
