Zoho is an inexpensive CRM option for healthcare companies to leverage. While its strengths seem to be for managing invoices and payments, it can be utilized for patient relationship management. However, many reviews have stated that Zoho’s product is a bit bloated, can be challenging to set up, and can be unintuitive.

Welkin is a CRM that emphasizes its capabilities around Care Management. Welkin offers many features like communications and task management that you’d expect from a Healthcare CRM. However, as the platforms above have a more specific niche they serve, many reviewers in Elion, allude to using Welkin more for its EHR capabilities rather than CRM.
